Our journey as Mr. and Mrs. Klassen has officially begun! Three weeks ago we tied the knot. The wedding was great - so enjoyable.
We had a small intimate ceremony with family and friends. One of the things we loved the most was being in a room with people from so many different cultures at one time. The countries represented were: Australia, Canada, China, England, Germany India, Nigeria, Turkey, United States and Vietnam. That's right, 10 countries in one room! When you are with that diverse of a population you can't help but to have a joyous celebration - especially at a small wedding. Stay tuned for a future post including pics.
Our honeymoon was great and we're slowly getting settled into our new house. This week we've been working on getting Kelly's paperwork for his permanent visa. We have a lot ahead of us in the transition but it's slowly coming together.
Our big excitement for the week was working in our garden and putting up our new gazebo. (Now... if we can just get the rest of the inside taken care of!)
That's all for now folks - I'm pooped!
